My wife and I used Hoyt to travel between our New Haven home and EWR (Newark) spring of 2024. Email communications were clear and prompt. Going there, the friendly driver found our house (not easy) and arrived early. The drive was smooth and easy. Upon landing in EWR, I immediately received a text from the driver and he quickly found us and was very helpful. The stop-and-go, slow and heavy traffic made the return drive a bit rough, but he was a safe driver. We will use Hoyt again. I like it that gratuities are included in the price, which was actually a bit lower than originally quoted.
